Nobile Intense oak flakes are the ideal ingredient to give your wine a unique and refined taste, an unmistakable character that will distinguish it from any other artisanal production. In fact, the use of Nobile Intense oak chips makes it possible to obtain a final product similar to the one resulting from barrique maturation, but with a lower cost in terms of both price and time. In fact, it is only necessary to mature the wine in contact with Nobile Intense toasted oak for a period of time ranging from 3 to 4 months, in specific doses depending on the characteristics of the starting product and the result one wishes to obtain. The aroma released by the Nobile Intense toasted oak flakes releases hints of roasted coffee, chocolate, toasted almonds and caramel, a toasted aftertaste that will make the resulting wine even more enveloping and rounded. In order to best preserve the aroma of flakes, we recommend storing Nobile Intense toasted oak in its original packaging, at a moderate temperature of between 5 and 25° in a place that is not in contact with soil.
