TGS1 Corking/Wiring Machine for Mushroom Corks

The TGS1 semi-automatic corking and wiring machine is a monoblock unit designed for the professional sealing of bottles with mushroom corks and wire hoods.

The mechanical corker operates via push buttons and is equipped with a pneumatic system for lifting the bottles, while cork insertion is performed manually.

The wire hooding unit, also controlled by push buttons, uses a pneumatic system for lifting the bottles and twisting the wire hoods, with manual feeding of the latter.

The structure is made of high-quality materials: ground hardened steel jaws and bronze slides, machined with CNC equipment to ensure maximum precision and perfect interchangeability of components.

The machine is mounted on wheels to facilitate movement.
