Thanks to the hole connected to an AISI 304 stainless steel DN15 3/4" F x 3/4" M ball valve with a Ø20 hose nozzle, it drains the whey quickly and efficiently. Practical and safe, the AISI 304 stainless steel scoop plane is easy to wash after each use thanks to the completely smooth surfaces.
