BABY 18 INOX Plate Filter for Olive Oil with 0.9 HP Electric Pump
The BABY 18 INOX Oil Filter, available from the Polsinelli store, features a highly robust stainless steel frame, a drip tray for collecting residual liquid equipped with a hose for immediate recirculation, and a professional filtration system with 19 high-quality PVC plates, allowing the installation of up to 18 filter sheets measuring 20 x 20 cm.
Equipped with a specific 0.9 HP Rover stainless steel electric pump, the BABY 18 OIL filter uses a filtration system known as a pressurised layer liquid filtration system. This particular filtration method provides excellent purification of olive oil and vegetable oils in general without altering their essential characteristics. For this reason, it is particularly suitable for both home filtration and professional applications.
MAINTENANCE: Routine maintenance requires only a few simple operations, similar to those required for a standard household appliance. After use, clean water should be pumped through the unit to rinse the internal surfaces of the pump. The electric motor requires no maintenance, as there are no parts that need lubrication. Clean the external surfaces with a slightly damp sponge and dry them immediately afterwards with a cloth.

Inside the package there are 18 “00” cartons.
The supplied gaskets are suitable for “00-SUPER-E2” cartons.
To use cartons of types V0–V4–V8–V12, the gaskets on the filter must be replaced with the following gasket kit, to be purchased separately in a quantity of 3 packages.
The filter sheets used are 20x20 cm and their filtration characteristics are the following:
