Manual isobaric filling machine with 2 valves ISO 2V version for bottles up to 0.75 L.

Isobaric filling machine suitable for filling bottles of all sizes up to 0.75 L. Made of stainless steel obtained from a single laser-cut plate, equipped with automatic lifting of the bottle via pneumatic piston.

Quick bottle formats change to fill bottles of different shapes and sizes, reducing production times to a minimum.

Suitable for filling food liquids containing Co2 such as: WINE, BEER, DRINKS, PREMIXED COCKTAILS, CIDER, etc... minimizing the problems caused by foam and oxidation.

The ISO series models with a new design have been designed to meet the needs of producers also equipped with automatic systems with large hourly capacities, who need a versatile alternative for the production of small batches of small and large format bottles. Thanks to the ease of use and the very limited commissioning times, these machines are the ideal solution for this type of work.

Characteristics:

• The tank, the tap bodies and the cannulae are all subjected to galvanic electro-polishing treatment, which eliminates even the smallest imperfections of the parts in contact with the product. This guarantees excellent flow, reducing the formation of foam which would slow down filling.
• The entire bottle lifting system, activated automatically when the door closes, is made with top quality components, long-stroke pistons and fittings entirely in stainless steel.
• Even if they are not parts in contact with food, stainless steel guarantees durability even if subjected to washing with acid or basic solutions. Each tank is equipped with a tested and certified safety valve: all valves have a serial number and are accompanied by a test certificate which is attached to the use and maintenance manual.
