With the stainless steel perforated cylinder you can easily filter the wine from the marc during racking. Whether it's a vat, a tank or any other container, simply place the cylinder inside and then insert the suction tube into the cylinder. In this way you can suck the wine while leaving the marc inside the container. The cylinder is equipped with a convenient handle that will facilitate the use.
