500 L Stainless Steel 10° Cone Bottom Tank with Air Floating lid and Ø300 mm manhole 

The 500 litre stainless steel tank with the conical bottom is an interesting item dedicated to the storage and fermentation of wine products, as well as beer and other food liquids. Stainless steel is a fundamental element for conservation, thanks to its properties of inalterability with a very high-temperature range of use, with excellent resistance to acids and chlorides such as salt.

The reinforced bottom is in turn equipped with a 10° slope and thanks to the 1" end valve it offers both partial and total discharge possibilities. Supported by 3 stainless steel feet, it is completed by a stainless steel air float assisted by the air chamber made of transparent food-grade plastic.

The interior finish is mirror polished to ensure perfect cleanliness, while the exterior has satin-finished welds for impeccable aesthetics. At the end of the structure, there is a 300mm round door for easy emptying of the marc still stored.
