Conical bottom stainless steel tanks are the ideal container for storing large quantities of wine, beer and food liquids, and this 2500 litre model boasts special features that make it the ideal choice for both companies and small producers. The 2500 litre stainless steel tank is equipped with an air float, a perfect accessory to isolate the liquid and protect it from the action of oxygen. The air chamber perfectly closes the container, thanks to the friction along the entire diameter of the tank. Stainless steel is also the most suitable material for storing wine and beer for long periods, as it best preserves the organoleptic characteristics of the liquid.

The 2500 litre stainless steel tank with conical bottom consists of a container supported by 4 adjustable steel feet. In total, its height is 2800 mm, while its diameter is 1270 mm. The thickness of the walls and bottom is 1,2 and 1,5 mm. The latter is conical in shape and has a 10° slope, making the 2500 stainless steel tank with air float easy to empty and clean.

The product comes complete with a winch for positioning the float, a pump and pressure gauge for inflating the inner tube, a wine taster and a level indicator that precisely indicates the amount of liquid inside. Also very practical are the partial and total drains, with a special stainless steel valve, and the round door for emptying the marc.
