Alfa 40 Vertical Press with Rotating stainless steel Cage

The Alfa 40 vertical press for sale online on Polsinelli is designed to facilitate the processing of residual grape marc from the grape harvest, and can also be used to refine fruit for the production of jam.

Machine manufactured according to the most modern technical-constructive criteria and with carefully selected materials, the Alfa 40 Vertical Press consists of a stainless steel structure, a light material but extremely performing in terms of durability and reliability, which is composed of a swivel gathering basin, which facilitates the loading and extraction operations from the cage, and of a pressing plate made of the same metal. Operation is electric and is supported by a single-phase motor powered at 220V. The pressure, 350 atmospheres, is exerted from top to bottom and is regulated automatically by a pressure gauge. The double-acting chrome plated piston ensures a fast and effective return force and, consequently, maximum machine performance.
