This special flexible rubber hose is easy to handle and is suitable for transferring high-quality liquid food, such as beer, wine, must, cider and spirits with an alcohol content up to 50%. Use: suction and discharge.

Its structure is specifically designed to withstand frequent changes in pressure making it suitable for the passage of nitrogen and carbon dioxide in the production processes and also the transferring of sparkling wine and champagne.

Principal characteristics:

• The substrate TOTALLY FREE from phthalates, plasticizers and animal derivatives, reduces the risk of bacterial explosion and eliminates the risk of contamination of the conveyed product.
• The completely odourless and tasteless substrate, specifically designed for the passage of high-quality alcoholic products, prevents potential releases to the fluid conveyed, keeping unchanged the original organoleptic properties.
• Maximum safety guarantee in the transfer of additional fluids of nitrogen and carbon dioxide thanks to the special construction of the hose.

Construction

• SUBSTRATE: hygienic TPE-S rubber, completely neutral to odours and flavors, smooth, white color. Complies with FDA and EU food regulations 10/2011 classes A, B, C, D1)
• REINFORCEMENT TYPE: polyester fibre textile and steel spiral incorporated.
• COVER: hygienic TPE-S rubber red color.
