Our pastry board is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel (18/10 for foodstuffs). This type of steel is the most widely used in the kitchen due to its ability to come into contact with all types of food.
The thickness of 1.5 mm and the 19 mm support fold make the board stable on the work surface and the advanced laser cutting technology with which it is produced allows for rounded edges and guarantees manageability and safety against accidental cuts.
The pastry board is mirror-polished and non-stick so that the dough does not stick to the surface and the 40 mm riser prevents the food from falling to the floor.
