The unit consists of: lid, pot with double internal chamber in an oil bath, burner and gas burner and is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel. The double chamber guarantees the uniform distribution of heat over the entire surface preventing food from sticking. Ideal for food use in cooking meats, first courses, cheeses, vegetables, balsamic vinegar, preserves and also in the preparation of animal food.
