The Skottsberg Cast Iron Griddle 24x24 cm is made from cast iron, a strong and durable material that is ideal for even cooking and excellent heat retention.
Thanks to cast iron’s excellent ability to absorb, retain and distribute heat, once the desired temperature has been reached, the griddle requires very little energy to stay hot, ensuring efficient cooking of meat, fish, vegetables and many other foods.
Extremely versatile, it can be used on all major heat sources: it is suitable for induction hobs, grills and open flames, and can also be used in the oven.
The surface is pre-seasoned with 100% vegetable soybean oil, naturally creating a PFAS-free non-stick layer. This treatment also allows metal cooking utensils to be used without the need for conventional synthetic non-stick coatings.
To preserve its properties over time, avoid prolonged contact with acidic foods and do not use the griddle to store food. Hand wash only.
