The Robot Coupe C200 compact tabletop sieve/pitting machine is made entirely of stainless steel and equipped with a 400 V, 1800 W three-phase asynchronous motor. With a capacity of 150 kg/h, it is perfect for making excellent preparations such as sauces and pulps, vegetable and fruit mousses, gravy, fish soups, and much more.

The Robot Coupe C200 sieve/pitting machine can separate seeds, pits, fibers and spines without crushing, preventing any bitter taste in your preparations.

Washed products can be introduced into the loading basket continuously, even without peeling or pitting. Once introduced, they fall into the basket where they are centrifuged by a paddle system at 1500 rpm.
