Peracetic acid (5 kg)
Description
P3-oxonia active: Peracetic acid Ecolab
Peracetic acid is suitable for the rapid sanitisation of equipment and surfaces that come into contact with foodstuffs, and for CIP-type washing and sanitisation systems. It is recommended for breweries, wine and food companies processing milk, ice cream, soft drinks, preserves, jams and fruit juices. P3-oxonia active peracetic acid, available in 5kg packs, is a fast-acting, surfactant-free sanitiser based on hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid, suitably stabilised, which ensures high microbicidal efficacy even at low temperatures, energy saving and fast working themes. The sanitizer P3-oxonia Ecolab also acts on sporigenes and viruses, it should be applied with a useful concentration between 0.05 and 3%, with preference between 0.2 and 1.0%, at a temperature varying between 5 and 20 °C. Polsinelli Enologia points out that to increase the disinfectant action it can be used at higher temperatures, and that the washing times and doses of use depend on the type and degree of dirt and the microorganisms to be eliminated.
