Solution for softening green olives

Instructions for use: Dip the green olives into the solution, making sure that the olives are completely covered. It is advisable to do this in the evening, as the olives should remain in the solution for 8 hours, from evening to morning will do. Then remove the olives and put them to purge in water for 10 days, during this operation it is necessary to replace the water four times a day. At the end of this period the olives are ready to eat.
