The 35-litre motorized stainless steel jam pot is a professional-quality product designed to assist businesses and enthusiasts in the jam-cooking process. It includes a food-grade silicone bottom scraper attached to the lower blade, preventing scorching and caramelization. Equipped with a 1” stainless steel threaded bushing for ball valve connection and a protected analog thermometer with a dedicated probe port, it ensures precise temperature control.
This pot meets all the productivity and quality needs of jam-making operations, with a motorized stirrer featuring stainless steel blades and a gearmotor with inverter allowing speed adjustment from 6 to 42 rpm and directional reversal through a digital display.
It also features ergonomic handles and a thick stainless steel lid with steam release holes. Inner diameter and height: 370 mm; bottom thickness: 1.5 mm – ideal for maintaining temperature stability even without insulation.
