The law approved on January 14, 2013, n. 9, Rules on the quality and transparency of the virgin olive oil supply chain art. 7 paragraph 2, provides for the use in public services of containers for virgin olive oils provided with a suitable closing device. This law means that the anti-refill cap becomes an essential accessory for packaging our oil.
The anti-topping cap allows the exit of the liquid, but through an internal system it does not allow to refill the bottle.
