The 300-liter stainless steel pot for Balsamic Vinegar is a professional-quality product designed to support companies during the production process. This model, made of 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304), an extremely durable material, is equipped with a food-grade silicone bottom-scraping strip applied to the bottom blade, which prevents burning and caramelization of the product.
The 300 L stainless steel pot for Balsamic Vinegar is also equipped with a DIN32 stainless steel ball valve and a reinforced thick lid with a hole for steam release. It is also complete with a 220V gear motor and a mixer with stainless steel blades.
The professional-quality analog thermometer allows easy monitoring of the product temperature during cooking.
