Lactic Acid for Beer and Food (25 Kg)
Polsinelli’s store offers 25 Kg of food-grade lactic acid, a product useful as an acidity regulator during the production of beer and wine. In beer production, in particular, 25 Kg of food-grade lactic acid corrects the acidity of the wort, thus improving the mashing and fermentation phases. The product is also used as a preservative in various food productions such as bread, pastries, sauces, jams, preserves, and soft drinks. The 25 Kg lactic acid is certified according to FCC, 231/2012/EC, FAO JECFA regulations – a SAFE GRAS substance in food confirmed by the U.S. FDA under regulation 21 CFR 184.1061. Usage limitations are regulated by Articles 11 and 13 of Regulation EC 606/2009. To preserve the product’s effectiveness, it is essential to store it in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
