Essential Oil Extractor Distiller with stainless steel tanks

The essential oil distiller, available at Polsinelli, is designed to extract pure essences from a wide range of medicinal plants, including lavender, mint, rosemary, bay leaf, and thyme. Made entirely of stainless steel, it ensures a safe and efficient distillation process, preserving the highest quality of the extracted oils.

This distiller consists of a 120-liter heating tank, equipped with a removable internal filter, a clamp-sealed lid for an optimal airtight seal, and a 25-liter cooling tank with a tubing and coil system. The equipment also includes an analog thermometer for temperature monitoring and an integrated safety valve to ensure reliable operation.

How to Use the Distiller:

1. Fill the heating tank with water up to the edge of the filter.
2. Insert the plants, compacting them to prevent steam escape channels from forming.
3. Fill the cooling tank with cold water to enhance vapor condensation.
4. Close the clamp-sealed lid and connect the tubing to the cooling circuit.
5. Start heating the water to initiate the extraction process.

Once the temperature reaches 100°C, the steam extracts essential oils from the plants. As it passes through the cooling coil, the steam condenses and separates from the oil. The final product is collected directly from the cooling tank’s outlet, ensuring optimal extraction.

After approximately one hour, it is recommended to check the amount of essential oil extracted and, if necessary, stop heating to avoid waste or over-extraction.
