Carton Filter BABY 18 INOX for Oil
The Baby 18 Inox Filter for Oil consists of a special low-speed electropump and a filtering system called the pressed-layer liquid system. This particular type of filtering allows excellent levels of purification of olive oil and all vegetable oils without altering its fundamental characteristics, which is why it is particularly appreciated for domestic filtering, but also in the professional sector.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THE CUSTOMER: the BABY 18 Inox Filter for Oil is designed to filter oil and also beverages, so all the materials used are perfectly compatible with food liquids. It does not require any special maintenance other than normal cleaning.

Inside the package there are 18 “00” cartons.
The supplied gaskets are suitable for “00-SUPER-E2” cartons.
To use cartons of types V0–V4–V8–V12, the gaskets on the filter must be replaced with the following gasket kit, to be purchased separately in a quantity of 3 packages.
The filter sheets used are 20x20 cm and their filtration characteristics are the following:
- SUPER: Specific for oil
- E/2: Specific for oil
- CKP V0: Washable roughing agent
- CKP V4: Roughing agent
- CKP V8: fine roughing agent
- CKP V12: medium brightener
- CKP V16: brightening agent
- CKP V18: semi sterilising
- CKP V20: sterilising
- CKP V24: super sterilising
