Crusher type D stainless steel
The electric crusher type D stainless steel is used for grape processing and grape must extraction. The choise of strainless steel makes the crusher highly resistant and all materials have been selected for their quality characteristics in order to preserve the organolectic properties of the processed product. The type D electric crusher is equipped with 280 mm self-adjusting aluminium rollers used to allow the passage of solid foodstuffs which, if necessary, can be replaced with nylon or rubber foodstuffs. The 1 HP electric motor is placed on the side and protected by a plate with a switch for immediate locking of the crusher in emergency case. The processing mechanism is accompanied by agitators inside the hopper which are useful for facilitating the work flow and the presence of handles allows the crushed to be placed above th emust collection vats.
