This preparation allow you to prepare fruit gelato without animal derivatives and without added sugar, with the presence of sweeteners. 

With the Vega & Stevia line you can make an artisan gelato without milk and derivatives while keeping calorie intake under control.

  No. 2 - 1.05 kg FRUIT&STEVIA + 0.9 kg LEMON JUICE + 1.6 L WATER (75°C)

• How to use: Let the mixture rest for 10-15 minutes and whip
