This is especially important during fermentation, when natural CO₂ production decreases: an airtight seal allows for controlled skin maceration, helping preserve wine characteristics and improving the entire winemaking process.

Designed for tanks over 1000 litres, the 40 mm pump allows for quick and accurate inflation via connection to a Ø8 mm non-toxic crystal hose. Once the hose is inserted into the float nozzle and secured with clamps, the desired pressure can be safely reached, ensuring perfect adherence of the float and effective protection of the liquid.

Equipped with a Ø40 mm piston, the pump includes mounting brackets for stable anchoring to the tank and an integrated analog pressure gauge for continuous, precise monitoring of the air chamber pressure—ensuring reliable control during every stage of use.
