The tall blade typical of the Nakiri allows you to chop and mince vegetables with ease, preventing the hand from touching the cutting board and ensuring more comfortable and precise work.
The blade of HANA knives features a 3-layer San-mai structure, with a central core made of MOVAX steel, an alloy composed of chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium that reaches a hardness of 58 HRC (Rockwell). This core is protected on both sides by high-quality stainless steel, which enhances strength and long-term durability.
