Brew Touch control unit for beer
Recommended for breweries and homebrewers, the Brew Touch control unit on sale on Polsinelli, is an innovative technological system that allows to program and monitor the temperatures of the beers during the different processing phases of mash and sparge, which are essential for the filtration and fermentation of the must and the recovery of grains and sugars in suspension. The Brew Touch programmer consists of a touch screen display where it is possible to record up to 10 recipes, with a maximum of 50 steps each, and a stainless steel support, which although light, is resistant to wear.
The Brew Touch brewing unit has a weight of 14 kg, a footprint of 60 cm x 60 cm, a height of 130 cm and requires a 220V power supply. The Brew Touch beer system control unit is equipped with two control cables to be connected to the solenoid valves on the cookers (to be purchased separately, making sure they are proportionate to the capacity of the containers) and 2 probes to be connected to the pot wells.
