The 200 L 10° conical tank, designed and manufactured by Polsinelli in its own facilities, is a professional solution specifically developed for winemaking, suitable for microvinification, storage, and fermentation of products such as cider, mead, perry, and more. The integrated cooling system allows for precise temperature control, enabling optimal management based on specific needs.
This tank is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, a high-quality material that ensures maximum hygiene, durability, and easy cleaning, preserving the organoleptic properties of the wine. The 10° inclined conical bottom, equipped with three welded stainless steel legs, facilitates the natural settling of sediments, simplifying racking and cleaning operations. The drainage system, both partial and total, is fitted with a DIN32 stainless steel ball valve for efficient liquid outflow, while the 400 mm upper hatch and 3/8" sampling tap make monitoring easy.
The 200 L conical tank features a 250 mm high external cooling jacket, also known as a pocket, complete with Ø 1" GAS fittings for the inlet and outlet of a water-glycol solution from a chiller. This ensures controlled fermentations and secure storage. The analog thermometer with a stainless steel well allows for continuous monitoring of the internal temperature.
With a height of 1500 mm and a diameter of 500 mm, the 200 L Stainless Steel Refrigerated Storage Tank with 10° Conical Bottom is designed for maximum practicality and operational efficiency.
