Description
Rubber Cap Ø40 mm for 5 L Demijohns
The rubber cap offered for sale in the Polsinelli store is a tool that is as simple as it is essential for all wine producers; fitted with a special central hole, it allows the mini-fermenter to be applied to the demijohn during the important process of must fermentation. The combined use of the two items allows excess carbon dioxide to escape, thus preventing air from entering the vessel and reducing the risk of product oxidation.
