The pan features a three-layer metal construction, designed to ensure efficient and even heat distribution. The outer layer is made of 18/0 stainless steel, while the inner layer, which comes into contact with food, is made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel. The aluminium core promotes even heat distribution across the entire cooking surface.
Robust and resistant to high temperatures, the frying pan can be used on all major heat sources, including induction hobs.
The surface is completely PFAS-free, allowing you to cook without coatings containing these substances. Practical for everyday use and easy to maintain, the frying pan is also dishwasher safe.
