Completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel (18/10 for foodstuffs) and with an innovative design, it is produced by bending a single piece so there are no welding points, allowing excellent cleaning. Maximum hand safety thanks to rounded edges. The stainless steel spatula is mirror polished and is non-stick preventing the dough from sticking to the surface.
