How the Sparkling System Works for Serving Sparkling Wine and Champagne:

• Installing the Coravin Sparkling Stopper - After uncorking the sparkling wine or champagne and pouring the desired amount, install the Coravin Sparkling Stopper with a few simple steps: lift the stopper’s locking handle to the unlock position indicated by a symbol, place the stopper on the open bottle, and press the locking handle firmly until it is flush.
• Removing the Coravin Sparkling Stopper - To remove the stopper, firmly hold the top of the stopper, pull the locking handle halfway, tilt it to release the pressure inside the bottle, and then pull the handle to the unlock position to remove the stopper.
• CO2 Visual Indicator - The Coravin Sparkling device includes a pressure indicator that lights up green or red to show whether a bottle has been charged with CO2 and whether the CO2 capsule is full or empty.
• Charging the Bottle with CO2 - First, check the pressure indicator to ensure it is green, which shows that a Coravin Pure Sparkling Capsule is loaded with CO2. Then align the Coravin Sparkling device with the stopper and press firmly. At this point, the pressure indicator will turn red, indicating the bottle is ready to be charged with CO2. When the indicator turns green, the bottle is fully charged.
