Shichirin Medium Pro Rectangular Table Grill for 2-6 people
Description
Medium Pro Rectangular Shichirin Tabletop Grill for 2-6 People
The Shichirin Pro Medium is a Japanese-inspired tabletop grill designed to deliver precise, efficient and flavourful cooking. Ideal for 2-6 people, it combines the tradition of the Shichirin with a modern construction designed to improve heat management and optimise charcoal combustion.
The double-wall design and advanced air circulation system promote an even airflow, allowing the grill to reach and maintain high, consistent cooking temperatures. Heat is retained for longer, while Binchotan charcoal can burn for an extended period, providing greater efficiency throughout the cooking process.
The practical charcoal holder makes it easy to create different heat zones, allowing foods that require different temperatures to be cooked at the same time. An ideal solution for preparing meat, fish, vegetables, skewers and a wide range of Japanese specialities directly at the table.
The removable ash tray makes cleaning easier, while the two-piece ceramic construction is designed to reduce the risk of breakage and make it easier to replace individual parts if necessary.
A solution that combines Japanese tradition, thermal efficiency and practicality, ideal for bringing an authentic Shichirin-style BBQ experience to the table.

Tips for Using Binchotan Charcoal
To light Binchotan, it is recommended to create a base layer of softer charcoal, such as acacia charcoal, and place Binchotan pieces diagonally on top. This method facilitates ignition and prolonged combustion. Alternatively, a gas burner can be used, which takes approximately 15 minutes to fully ignite the charcoal.
