The stainless steel 1000 lt. tank with the conical bottom is a high-quality tank for storage and fermentation of wine and beer, thanks to its refrigerating system it’s possible to check exactly the liquid temperature. This product is characterized by a strong casing in stainless steel AISI 304, ideal to respect wine and beer organoleptic properties, and from a conical bottom tilted by 10° with reinforcements, easy to clean and to sanitize.
The stainless steel 1000 lt. tank with the conical bottom is equipped with an upper anti-retention manhole 400mm, vent valve and wine tasting tap. The round manhole, with 300 diameter, allows to easily empty the tank. The cooling jacket and the analogical thermometer with stainless steel probe holder ensure to check the inner temperature. The level indicator points to the liquid content. The stainless steel 1000 lt. tank with conical bottom has a total height of 2200mm and a diameter of 930mm. The walls and the bottom are respectively 2 mm and 1,5 mm thick.
