Pupitre (120 bottles)
Descrizione
Pupitre 120 bottles
The Pupitre available in the Polsinelli catalogue consists of two inclined oak wood panels arranged in a triangular configuration, with 120 holes designed to hold wine bottles upside down.
The 120-bottle Pupitre is specifically designed for the remuage (riddling) process, used in the production and maturation of sparkling wines and Champagne. This technique allows yeast and solid sediment to collect in the neck of the bottle by placing the bottles at a slight angle with their necks pointing downwards.
The high quality of the oak wood used to manufacture the Pupitre, together with COR-TEN steel feet and components, ensures stable and secure support even when fully loaded.
The Champagne Pupitre is used in the production of various types of sparkling wine and, thanks to its elegant black wooden design, can also be used as a decorative furnishing element, adding a stylish touch to a home or restaurant.
