Wine air chamber pump is an indispensable instrument in the wine industry, as it allows to the barrel contents to be sealed safety, avoiding contact between product and air. The instrument is ideal to improve the winemaking proces, the air float pump is particularly useful when must is fermenting and CO2 production slows down since through a complete sealing of the barrel allows the correct maceration of the peel for the required time. The device is equipped with an analogue pressure gauge, which allows precise measurement of the pressure inside the barrel and it is also compatible with a non-toxic crystal tube with 8 mm diameter: to reach a rapid inflation to the desired pressure you have to connect the pump tube to the float spout presents in the barrel and then fix it with clamps.
