The olive shaker machine OLIVIERO EVOLUTION is in fact the evolution of “OLIVIERO CLASSIC”, however it differs from the first model in the radical restyling of the handle, the position of the power button and the incoming power supply on the handle.

This beater is characterized by an efficient high-performing solution that allows you to go in depth into any type of plant, (without the slightest damage) with a high productivity, up to 120 kg/h, while using a low power motor drive.

It can be powered either by 12 or 24 volts, or by a simple battery (connecting to a car or tractor battery), a 15 minute motor run is sufficient to replenish the charge lost in half a days work) or by a special rechargeable power supply during the night.

Oliviero Evolution is equipped with a particular frequency straightener, which automatically maintains its speed and power of the machine, adjusting itself depending on the strain of the machine.
Built with technologically advanced materials and components, such as carbon and aluminium, in fact the 2.5 m model only weighs 2.2 kg. The motor on the handle, moves the centre of gravity downwards, and therefore easy to use and handle for anyone.
