Stainless steel oil floating lid, diameter 530 mm
Suitable for all types of variable capacity tanks. This type of floating lid prevents the wine to come into contact with air.
The floating lid is positioned on the liquid inside the tank and on the surface that remains in contact with the air, vaseline oil is poured between the edge of the floating lid and the inner surface of the tank.
The vaseline oil, odorless, tasteless and for food use, being lighter than wine the oil stays afloat and prevents air from coming into contact with the liquid.
