The 300 litre, 10° conical bottom motorised stainless steel mixer with Inverter and Ø300 manhole is the ideal tool for easily mixing your liquids and for producing wine, kombucha, cheese spinning, macerating and infusing fruit and other foods.
Entirely made of high quality Aisi 304 stainless steel, the motorised stainless steel mixer is equipped with a thick reinforced stainless steel lid with stainless steel hooks, a motor and gearmotor with an inverter that allows speed regulation from 6 to 42 rpm, and rotation direction can be reversed via a convenient digital control display and mixing paddles.
It also has two drains to facilitate emptying and cleaning operations: a total DIN 32 drain with a DIN32 M x DIN 32 F stainless steel ball valve positioned on the bottom, and a partial DIN 32 drain with a DIN32 M x DIN 32 F stainless steel ball valve positioned on the cylinder. The round manhole, with 300 diameter, allows to easily empty the tank.
The 300-litre, 10° conical bottom motorised stainless steel mixer with Inverter and Ø300 manhole has a inner diameter of 930 mm and features a mirror-polished internal finish and a satin-brushed welded external finish; there is also a practical hose barb compatible with DIN32 M x PG30 pipe connections. The stability of the tank is also ensured by the 3 robust stainless steel feet with a height of 40 cm.
