Bulldog Evil Dog Double Malt is therefore the perfect choice for homebrewers and brewers. It is a quality product made from a fine blend of malts and a careful selection of American Simcoe and Summit hops. Bulldog Evil malt for IPA beer has an aroma profile characterised by hints of pine and grapefruit, an alcohol content of 7.1%, a colour of 12-14 EBC and a bitterness of 40-45 EBU. Evil Dog Double IPA is a malt that requires no added sugar. The quantity of 4.7 kg included in the sales package is useful for brewing 23 litres of IPA beer.
