Polsinelli’s store offers you the air-liquid separator filter for Enolmaster, an essential accessory to protect the vacuum pump when using sugary liqueurs or products with a high alcohol content.

Made entirely of polypropylene, the filter is placed between the vacuum pump and the recovery vessel to retain sugar and possible particles that, during the bottling process, could accumulate inside the pump.

Filter usage:

• The filter has a "wet" side, which receives vapors of the product collected in the recovery container, and a "dry" side, which represents the filter’s outlet towards the pump. On the outside of the filter there is a raised arrow indicating the flow direction. The connection must be made so that the tip of the arrow is oriented towards the motor (the fitting located on the stainless steel cover).
• After a certain operating period, depending on the characteristics of the product, a vacuum loss may be observed (manifesting as a slowdown in the bottle filling speed). In this case, the separator filter must be disconnected. Water at no more than 50 °C should be introduced from the “wet” side and left to act for a period of time. Then, the capsule must be emptied and compressed air at no more than 3 bar should be blown from the “dry” side to the “wet” side (counterflow), to remove as many retained residues as possible and restore proper flow for correct operation.
• Visually, the transparent tube from the filter outlet to the pump body must always remain dry and free of condensation. This is the condition of correct functioning. If condensation appears, the filter has lost its hygroscopic capacity and must be replaced.
