The electric grater GRP 8 is an instrument equipped with a professional stainless steel roller which, thanks to its 0,45 kW single-phase ventilated motor and thermal protection, allows grating cheese, bread, dried fruit, almonds and chocolate. The grated product falls into the stainless steel bowl from the mouth of the machine, which has a stainless steel protection grid thus guaranteeing maximum protection for the operator, together with the micro safety switch that ensures operation only when the lever is pulled down.
