The 100-litre motorized stainless steel jam pot is a professional-quality product designed to assist businesses and enthusiasts in the jam-cooking process. Equipped with a stainless steel sphere valve DIN32 and a protected analog thermometer with a dedicated probe port, it ensures precise temperature control.
