Complete with stainless steel sphere valve DIN32, analogical thermometer with stainless steel protection, high thickness reinforced lid and with openings for steam outlet, gearmotor and blades. Ideal to produce high quality jam, thanks to professional analogical thermomter you will be able to check the temperature. Produced in our company and realised in high thickness stainless steel 18/10 (AISI 304).
