The Cast Iron Low Casserole with lid is made from strong, durable cast iron, a material valued for its excellent ability to absorb, distribute and retain heat during cooking.

Extremely versatile, with a diameter of 31.5 cm, a height of 6 cm and a capacity of 3 litres, it can be used on a variety of heat sources, including induction hobs, grills, open flames and ovens, making it ideal for a wide range of preparations, from slow, prolonged cooking to high-temperature cooking.

The casserole is pre-seasoned with 100% vegetable soybean oil, creating a natural, PFAS-free non-stick surface. This finish also allows the use of metal cooking utensils.

To preserve the properties of the cast iron and its natural finish over time, hand washing only is recommended. The surface also has limited resistance to acidic foods; for this reason, the casserole should not be used for food storage.
