The outer layer is made of 18/0 stainless steel, the inner layer in contact with food is made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, while the central aluminium core helps distribute heat evenly across the entire cooking surface.
Sturdy and resistant to high temperatures, the wok is ideal for stir-frying, searing and quickly cooking meat, fish, vegetables and many other dishes.
