At its core is the TF1000/4B2 stainless steel sealing head, a technologically advanced component equipped with four rollers that ensure a perfect fit of the cap to the bottle neck. The head operates automatically and safely: it lowers to seal the cap and rises upon completing the cycle, utilizing a very simple and intuitive system controlled by two buttons that must be pressed simultaneously.
The Capsy Stelvin 30x60 capping machine, designed for bottles with a maximum size of 200 mm in diameter and 350 mm in height, features a structure entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring robustness, durability, and corrosion resistance. Its weight of 80 kg guarantees stability during use.
In terms of performance, the Capsy Stelvin 30x60 can handle between 700 and 800 bottles per hour, meeting the production needs of small, medium, and large companies.
