Bio 50 Olive Crusher
The Bio 50 Olive Crusher is the ideal tool for small producers and companies in the sector, and allows them to obtain a high quality oil by processing olives independently immediately after harvesting. The model features a knife crusher, a continuous horizontal press and a state-of-the-art 2-stage decanter. The speed of the decanter/crusher can also be regulated, thanks to the Bio 50's standard inverter. It has an hourly output of 50-60 kg of olives and is suitable for a daily 8-hour production of approximately 350 kg. The standard equipment also includes heating with temperature sensor and a variable speed drive for the pulp feed screw to the decanter. The Bio 50 crusher is also easy to use thanks to the flow meter for water dosage and the cylinder washing kit. We recommend combining the Bio 50 olive crusher with the DLE Baby defoliator-washer and the CPF1 model 20x20 cardboard filter oil collection tray.
