Red Special 250 electric slicer
The Red Special 250 electric slicer, entirely Made in Italy, is the medium-sized domestic slicer suitable for cutting cold meats, cheeses, fruit and vegetables thanks to the third-generation blade with which it is equipped, allowing less adherence of the product on the blade so as to facilitate cutting.
Thanks to the 140W professional motor mounted on a double bearing and ventilated to limit heating, the slicer is silent, and the new EASY CLEAN system allows the plate to be tilted, enabling the cutting area to be cleaned quickly and easily.
In the cutting area, the new sharpening unit with opposing buttons allows the blade to be sharpened easily and safely, and the lower cover provides greater protection against grinding. The Red Special electric slicer also has a new presser system that holds the food to be sliced firmly in place, and simplifies the cleaning process thanks to its easy disassembly and the possibility of washing the slicer in a dishwasher.
