Conical bottom stainless steel macerator tub 1500 L AISI 304 (18/10 for foodstuffs) and Lexan lid
This is the ideal product for macerating fruit and foodstuffs such as nuts, cherry, sour cherries, chestnuts, dried fruit, all of which require light during production process. Thanks to the transparent lid, light gets into the tank while keeping the product protected from dust and basteria.
Not only the tank is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel but it also has a transparent lid made of Lexan polycarbonate which is an extremely impact-resistant material that does not splinter or shatter. This Lexan offers the same transparency as glass but with considerably less weight and it is also reistant to high temperatures. In addition it features a partial discharge on the cylinder and a full discharge on the bottom which allow an easy emptying and cleaning. The 3 stainless steel legs with a height of 40 cm guarantee perfect stability.
The stainless steel tub is also an important accessory for wine production.
